The avid HLTV viewer might have noticed the small teasers for wSync.org on all HLTV.org HLTV's. And the really observant people will remember me hinting about a new piece of software that would improve the experience when watching HLTV, wSync is the result of our work to do just that.

wSync in a nutshell is a technology to synchronize a commentator with HLTV, so no more pausing shoutcasts and hoping for the commentator to be in sync with the game.

Always wanted to have your shoutcast radio synchronized with the ingame action on a HLTV server? Well look no more, wSync has been developed by a few dedicated people from HLTV.org that know their way around HLTV and programming. With wSync you get a shoutcast look alike server that will allow you to synchronize your radio with any fixed time you might have, be it HLTV, QTV or any other TV service over the internet. To provide this unique property clients will however need to download a client, so to make this process as easy and painless as possible you can simply start the client from a given webpage, the latest version is then downloaded and started seamlessly, no long installation process, no need to provide links for updates - it just works.

With a fully customizable client you can make it look just like the image your radio station seek to reflect. Extra features like the ability to provide advertising in the client can be added. Also more complex things as multiple channels, in client request for songs and just about anything one can imagine can be added to the client.
