WCG competition winner

In cooperation with SteelSeries, we launched a WCG competition for your guys to win an Ikari Optical mouse from SteelSeries.

World Cyber Games 2008 is now over and it is time to find out who is the winner of the SteelSeries Ikari Optical mouse. This time several managed to guess right. The Danes from mTw grabbed the gold and many predicted them to do so. As there can only be one winner in this competition, we got Alexander "ave" Holdt from mTw, to pick to lucky winner.

Ave randomly selected oxzyn from Norway, to be the lucky winner of the SteelSeries Ikari Optical mouse.

HLTV.org and SteelSeries would like to congratulate the oxzyn and thanks to all the participants for their attendance.

I don't think so at all. It's the same thing if you talk with your friends about the matches and then bet after you have discussed the pros and cons. Everybody can do that! It's just another way of reading and interpreting other peoples posts in the forum. If you don't allow what the Norwegian guys did, you will have to prohibit everybody from reading comments on matches :D In addition, think how they will share their win :D cut a mouse into several pieces so everybody gets his part :D

What I mean to say is that if Vertigo wants to participate he should use his own account. One user one vote is stated usually when a competition starts. And I understand one user = one account but as far I have been told as for Hltv.org it is fine this way ;)

i made my own account (this account) 2 days ago. We shared the oxzyn account because we booked hltv, and nothing else really. Until i saw this competition, and i just made an bet for fun (it was not a "group" bet).
