13-1-2009 00:20
The Swedish Blank member Johans "face" Klasson qualifies for UGT semis by defeating the free agent Sondre "REAL" Svanevik in the final.
The Inferno Online de_nuke UGT qualifier saw twenty-four great aimers compete for one wildcard to the UGT semis at Stockholm Forum Nacka. The final three should be a Dane, a Swede and a Norwegian as Morten "coloN" Johansen, Johan "face" Klasson and Sondre "REAL" Svanevik eliminated all their enemies on the way through the bracket.
The Danish many-time AimStar champion had eliminated both MVP at IOL Season 2, Jimmy "Jumpy" Berndtsson and the former QTOUR winner Fabian "blomstar" Åkermark on this way to the final three and may surprised a couple or two. The Dane did however come short as the final three, with close losses to both of his opponents. Johan "face" Klasson went through undefeated with two wins, while Sondre "REAL" Svanevik had one loss and one win.
To fight out who should receive the UGT wildcard should be Johan "face" Klasson and Sondre "REAL" Svanevik, both well-known for their great aim. The Swede should once again outplay the Norwegian free-agent as he won 21:13 and receiving the UGT wildcard.
Johan "face" Klasson will be putting his wildcard to use on the 7th of March when UGT reaches the Stockholm Forum Nacka shopping mall.
