KODE5 hits USA

KODE5 has announced the qualifier to take place in the United States of America, more specific in Dallas.

Last we heard from KODE5, they had just announced KODE5 Denmark, now it’s time for KODE5 USA to get announced. The qualifier will begin this month on the 31st of January at the LAN Center, Lethal Gamers in Dallas, Texas. Top finishing team will grab a slot at the KODE5 USA regional finals. Another three teams will be handpicked by KODE5, throughout the ones to register on the KODE5 USA website.

KODE5 will announce its first invited team on the 9th of February, the second on the 10th and third on the 11th. The total four teams will play the KODE5 USA regional finals at Lethal Gamers on the 14th of March, to determine who will receive the spot at KODE5 Global Finals.

The qualifier should be very interesting to follow, as several new North American teams have formed, e.g. JMC and EG.

#10 JMC is now very weak i watched her games, they are on losing bracket and almoust lose to GB with 4matches before qual.. but they won, dont know how will be other games but they dont show very good game, i think EG will crush them..

Why is it that the american teams never face the european teams like SK, mTw, fnatic or alternate. I would love to see a match with mTw vs. EG or SK vs. JMC. I dont know the american skillz :=)

you polish guys simply refer to mym all the time. But look at Germany, in Germany there are SEVERAL really good teams, alternate is one of them, although at the moment it isn't looking too good for them. But there is no reason for calling them "poor".

yee is poor :). Several good teams which nothing wins.. Nice! Poland have one good team which win in every year but not always. Fx are good, too :)

Stop being so cocky... MYM is not the best team, and never was, never will (as things looks like) Germany's CS scene is way bigger than Poland's one... so Germany has bigger chances of succes in CS than Poland, but they don't seem too interested

were you asleep in 2008? there were LOADS of matches between the american and european teams! take the GlobalChallenges for example! there they met all over the place, these were some pretty nice and thrilling matches! EG was eliminating almost every european team, even fnatic! and besides - they cannot meet online, due to the high pings both teams would have to deal with.

he sees only in one way: mym.. Have you ever seen a horse tied to a wagon? He has something at his eyes that makes him to see straight and no other way, that's the way how Eidam sees this gaming world...
