ArcadioN inactive, trace is back

XLBet.ATS has brought up the announcement of team captain Timm "ArcadioN" Henriksen going inactive, due to his studies taking up too much of his time.

The team recently lost to Giants at the Intel Friday Night Game in Copenhagen, where the team looked really poor as they lost 4:16. Today it’s announced that the team captain and the spine of the team will be stepping back. Timm "ArcadioN" Henriksen was the spine of the Spirit of Amiga team that played well at the Extreme Masters II finals. To replace him will be former XLBet.ATS member Martin "trace" Heldt Bang, who was released to make space for Daniel "anizz" Aniff in late 2008.

The new captain of XLBet.ATS will be Rasmus "FaagaN" Møller. He states following regarding the changes:

"This is a very sad day for us here in ATS. Our tactical leader and coreplayer of the team is stepping down from competitive gaming. ArcadioN wasn't able to keep attending events with us guys and had to put more focus on his education - hence his decision to quit. All of us here in ATS would like to thank Timm for an awesome time and some great experiences - Gonna miss you buddy. With this decision ArcadioN leaves behind a huge cap, he has from day 1 been our tactical-mastermind and ingame leader, so how we are going to fill this gap is yet to be decided. But for now, wazorN and me is giving it a shot and hopefully we can do a descent job. So what 2009 holds for ATS, only time can tell."

XLBet.ATS is with the current changes having following roster:

Daniel "anizz" Aniff
Jack "wazorN" Henriksen
Rasmus "FaagaN" Møller Thomsen
Michael "Friis" Jørgensen
Martin "trace" Bang Heldt

The team qualified for the Extreme Masters III Continental Finals Europe by winning all of their matches in the group stage. Next show of the team will be in ESL Pro Series Scandinavia, where they will face fnatic in the next match.

As it was already said - Arcadion was in-game leader and tactically strongest player. traces aim is better, but not that much. So overall Arcadion is better.

TRaCe is more skilled but ArcadioN was leader ingame so ATS with ArcadioN > with TRaCe even if TRaCe is better aimer.

Very sad that ATS is losing ArcadioN. Hope to see him back!

Sad that Timm "ArcadioN" Henriksen going inactive, but studies is importanted. Trace is a good player probably aimer I well don't know he win IFNG Copenhagen 1x1 tournament then I think trace is a good replacement for ArcadioN. Good luck in the new team and show good game.

No dout that Trace is a better Fragger than Arcadion, but Arcadion is way better tactically.

ATS was memorable when playing with ArcadioN and trace. big loss for them.

bad news:( ArcadioN is a one of the best players in Denmark, i like his playstyle, but ATS pick up trace, its good :P trace < arcadion, but trace is amazing

ArcadioN goes inactive due focusing on his education. I think this wont last long, they are always come back, and ArcadioN was on a way up on the ladder, dont think he quits for long time :)
