compLexity Gaming have announced that they have released Kia "Surreal" Man with immediate effect.

In a statement, the North American organisation explained that this was a "performance-based decision" made by "the players, the coaching staff and the management".

Surreal is no longer part of compLexity's roster

Kia "⁠Surreal⁠" Man, 21, left the United Kingdom to play for Complexity in North America in April 2016. Since then, the team have changed players multiple times, but results have remained disappointing. At the recent Americas Minor, Complexity went out last of their group following defeats to Immortals and NRG.

"Kia has been a member of the compLexity for over a year, uprooting his life in the UK to live in our Houston and Denver based team houses," compLexity stated.

"Throughout this time he has been an excellent teammate and a friend to many within the organization.

"We would like to thank Kia for all of his hard work and dedication over the past 15 months and wish him the best of luck in his future endeavors."

In the coming weeks, Complexity will be trying our multiple players to fill the open position on the roster, the North American organisation added, with their next event, Fragadelphia 11, scheduled for the end of the month.

that's accurate. But complexity is a legendary organization. It's been around since the beginnings of cs and has a lot of fans. I think it's cool they are still around, but i would like to see them at the level of at least clg, a much shittier league org. Wouldn't it be fun if eolithic, mtw, begrip, lgb were active too?

They are only doing ''decent'' in premier because of adreN, Enigma6 is a huge org in other games, They will give adreN a good offer that he would have to accept, They really need him since adreN can AWP and IGL

I see - I didn't know Enigma6 was a big organization. About adreN being an AWPer and IGL - I thought he said a long time ago in the early days of CSGO that he did not like to IGL in CSGO like he used to in CS: Source.

On Liquid he said he didn't like being main AWP on that team and only wanted to be secondary, I would think they would want him for IGL but since that team doesn't look like they have a strong AWP he might find himself doing both

cut Slemmy as well and +adreN +Hiko and it could be a decent team (I know the Enigma6 stuff, coL could always offer something better to them. They won't but I can dream). They also need to part ways with Warden or at the very least move him to a different role, not coach. They could always offer tr1p the coaching role. He is the better IGL coL had back when they actually won.
