jdm64 set for return

Josh "⁠jdm64⁠" Marzano has announced that he is eyeing a return to competition as his Liquid contract is about to expire.

On Twitter, the 28-year-old revealed that it was his own choice to take a break during these last few months and noted that he is now "ready to get back to it."

jdm64 has been out of action since February, when he was benched by Liquid to make way for Keith "⁠NAF⁠" Markovic, who had been brought in from Renegades.

jdm64 is ready to play again

He was recently linked with Cloud9 as a potential replacement for Tyler "⁠Skadoodle⁠" Latham, but a move did not materialise as the 24-year-old AWPer ended up staying with the ELEAGUE Major Boston champions.

Formerly of CLG, jdm64 signed for Liquid in June 2016 in a trade deal that also involved Kenneth "⁠koosta⁠" Suen. During his time with the North American organisation, he helped the team to runners-up finishes at the ESL One Cologne 2016 Major and at ESG Tour Mykonos and ESL One New York 2017.

lol ska is a better awper, rifler, clutcher. and has great utility usage. unless ska is choosing to leave it would make 0 sesnse.

ska is better when he actually decides to use those skills but how often does that happen? better awper is very subbjective, he has better aim with the gun but worse positioning. if all skadoodle wants to do is hold passive angles with the awp then hes detrimental to the team as his stats and team performances show. JDM someone who actually goes for opening awp picks is far better on the T side. also skaadoodle has no room for growth but JDM does

i mean he had his time on clg and liquid, i dont really see that room to grow you are talkin about. ska has always had higher highs, and his lows are no lower than JDM imo. when JDM doesn't have an awp he's basically useless typically, while ska is a great rifler and pistoler

when he first joined liquid JDM was a bot without an awp or scout, by the end of his time his ak play had become below average but reasonable and hes legitimately good with pistols now. also it was known he was incapable of being on a site alone as CT he got overwhelmed easily, thats not the case anymore. i agree with ska having higher highs and same lows but for me ska's average is often too low, personally if i had the chance to get a player with improved averages but weaker highs i would take that chance as c9. because atm their success is pretty skadoodle dependant

most of the time yes there are a few rly good older (in terms of being a pro in cs) players like f0rest, and pasha is still doing pretty good at tier 1 events but a majority of the time its true look at gtr and the vp guys and alot of the other older players
