Dio agrees Virtus.pro move

Virtus.pro have bolstered their squad with the addition of Nikita "Dio" Trifonov.

The Russian team were on the lookout for a new player after Ivan "Xenitron" Totsky opted to leave following what he described as "personal differences."

Roman "ROMJkE" Makarov confirmed to HLTV.org that Virtus.pro have welcomed Nikita "Dio" Trifonov, who has played for the likes of Empire and Good Management in the past.

"I have known Dio for a long time as a player and a person, I am glad that we are now together in the same team," Makarov told HLTV.org. "He is very talented, his aim is very good and he is hungry for victories.
"It is hard to compare players like Dio and Xenitron because they have different playing styles. If Dio is better or not only time will tell."

Virtus.pro have now the following team:

dioxide have amazing aim, one of the best aimers in Russia, but he's tryed to exit CS few times, and the first offer when the structure Virtus.Pro in the beginning of this year, has come to Dio was updated, but he then has refused and VP took Xenitron, now Dioxide has agreed and Xenitron was kicked

he also played in team Empire and CSKA before. If I'm not mistaken, Dio's teammates were "teamFF" today-players all the time. (like tarlund, hazard, gans). Now it's new teammates, new level for him, so he needs time to catch the wave in VP. gl!
