byali released from Virtus.pro

Virtus.pro have confirmed that the organisation has cut its ties to Paweł "byali" Bieliński, which will allow the 24-year-old to play in the Minor for Katowice 2019.

byali is currently playing with the Polish mixture MIKSTURA, who secured a spot in the closed qualifiers for the European Minor last week. The 24-year-old's manager has confirmed to HLTV.org that the final release means he is allowed to play in the Minor, should MIKSTURA move on from the closed qualifiers in December, in which Virtus.pro also have a spot.

MIKSTURA's run in the Major qualification has been uncertain because of the recently added conflict of interest rules regarding Majors, which state that participants "should not have any financial interest in the success of any team that they are competing against."

byali was a part of Virtus.Pro for four and a half years

byali's departure from Virtus.pro was announced back in August, the organisation stressing that it happened according to both parties' wishes, with the 24-year-old's former teammate Filip "NEO" Kubski revealing in an interview with HLTV.org at the FACEIT Major that byali had wanted to move on from the team for a while.

Virtus.pro GM Roman Dvoryankin added that the agreement has 'some restrictions', but didn't specify what they are. byali's personal manager also declined to further explain the restrictions regarding his departure.

Probably payment. VP still have to pay him his salary for the agreed peroid of time, which is to the end of 2020. This most likely just means that Byali cannot get a double paycheck and will basically have to work for free in his next CS-job, as I see no way another org will pay him more than what he already earns.

There is no way that VP is going to pay him if he is to play for another org. You must be mad, please get your head checked.

Do you know how contracts work? Unless you have clauses that make you able to fire someone, you'd have to pay them what their contract is worth. So if you have 20kx12x2 € in receivables, Virtus.Pro would have to pay him that. Nothing, apart from clauses which are not publicly known, can change that fact - at least not if Virtus.Pro are run legaly.

he hasnt got any salary from VP since he left the team in august, sources say so no salary restriction is probably just a payment another organisation would have to make to get byali

it can't be payment and anything related to money coz: "participants should not have any financial interest in the success of any team that they are competing against" - either it's not related to money or - either byali can't play minor quali or - either VP has financial interest in the success between VP and Mikstura, but still byali can play somehow

If they still pay his salary, they probably set up a loan-like scenario where the new org pays like 50% of his salary in VP or something

I do agree with you that vp might still pay him, But not What he'll get If he was on the active roster. I know some orgs puts another salary If you're benched etc
2018-11-07 14:55

You know that he had no salary after he left VP right? It's probably bcs of one of the rule in the contract which could state that: "If you leave the team coz you decide so, you won't get salary" Byali didn't get a single euro after he left VP. Also it can't be money restricions since if VP still had some money problems with byali, he wouldn't be able to play: "participants should not have any financial interest in the success of any team that they are competing against."

1. Show me where it says he left by own choice, and it was TRUELY by own choice 2. Ofc you wont get salary if you by yourself decides to leave; If that's the case, the restrictions are probably about what he can join, as VP probably would want some financial compensation. 3. In the above mentioned case, they is NOT any "money problem", VP would simply just have to forfill their contractual duties. You see this a lot of times in Football, when players leave before their conctract ends to a smaller club, that they still get compensation for their old club.

1.Everyone know it's his own choice, it was also stated in english interview with neo on hltv. I don't have time to search staff like this, if you don't know it already, why do you even comment there man. 2. Again you say like it's normal when it's not. Szpero made his choice to not play in Kinguin roster and stayed on bench. Kinguin still was paying him his salary month by month.

byali said in a facebook post, that when someone wants him to join their team, they have to pay a small fee to VP. It's not exactly as large as a normal buyout but still, there might be some more restrictions but that's what he said.
2018-11-07 15:28

Everyone knows that Virtus Pro falls down because snax left Virtus Pro. Byala most likely hoped that he would be able to rebuild the team after changes in the lineup but it did not happen so he decided to leave, besides he planned to leave a long time after a series of defeats in this team.

Especially with his temper. Teams don't want angry mates anymore and byali is known as one of the most ridiculously tilting pros. His tilts lost VP many hard games. Obviously he's a sick aimer and grows older so it's possible he'll become more mature and have a good future in tier 2.
