NeiL_M steps down from Imperial

Neil "⁠NeiL_M⁠" Murphy has ended his stint at Imperial, an organization he won two titles with, and will be looking for new opportunities.

In October, Imperial came back from StarSeries i-League Season 6 with a disappointing 9-11th place under their belt. Soon after that, two of the Lithuanian players on the roster, Žygimantas "⁠nukkye⁠" Chmieliauskas and Eimantas "⁠pounh⁠" Lazickas, were released.

Neil_M is open to new challenges

Nemanja "⁠nexa⁠" Isaković and Rokas "⁠EspiranTo⁠" Milasauskas then joined Valiance, bringing Otto "⁠ottoNd⁠" Sihvo, who had been trying out for Imperial after the Lithuanians left, into the team with them.

Finally, Ali "⁠hAdji⁠" Haïnouss was released from his contract and Markus "⁠pronax⁠" Wallsten, who had been standing in for the team, was never signed.

Although Imperial's CEO Oli Adams stated that they "will be looking to re-enter CS:GO in the near future," it will not be under the team's former manager, NeiL_M, as he has stepped down and will be looking for other coaching or managing opportunities.

Expected tbh. I think he might join BIG as some sort of coach together with Legija.

Depends. I mean, they wont pick up a T1-2 team. But they could pick up some random T3 team. I think a UK team with the guy from Greece, Tsack.

how long do you think they could really keep that lineup? All their past lineups don't last very long, they finally had one with potential and it got out of hand for them.

Well, they could probably keep them for a long time, atleast a year. I mean, what other options does Imperial really have? They are not a super rich org. And yeah i know, the latest team they had was pretty decent.

Ex-SS will sign with Besiktas or something like that, just wait and see. Fragsters currently got a team (that i am also cheering on) and they got contracts for a few months more.

They still got a contract. Also Fragsters isnt a million dollar team that you seem to think. Their biggest sponsor is Steelseries. And they won around 93.000$, which isnt much compared with other teams. TL:DR I dont know if Fragsters can afford Ex-SS. Also, i think Ex-SS players still got a "long" contract, just that they refuse to play for SS and therefore play with Ex-SS.

Oh boy, where do I even start... 1) SteelSeries is no longer a sponsor of Fragsters. Samsung is their biggest sponsor yet. 2) I said that Imperial could choose who to pick-up from the rosters of ex-SS and Fragsters. 3) The future of the Fragsters is pretty clear, so you shouldn't look at prize money won. 4) I never said that Fragsters is rich nor I even thought that they were. 5) Yes, they've still got a contract, but when they expire they've got no buyout clause and Imperial can sign them easily. 6) You wrote a TL:DR for 4 sentences??? 7) Do not rely on liquipedia for everything.

Your only relevant players are espiranto and nukkye both of them are on a team that changes rosters every week and shows clear toxicity. They make 100% of ur scene which justifies my use of "everyone" Smooya is one player in the incredible UK scene. We have dephh,alex,steel,frei,surreal who are all not toxic. 1/6 of our players are toxic whilst 1/1 of ur players are toxic /close

He was playing with AaroN, puls3 and some other dude, and Aaron was so nice and positive, but Neil was flaming those of us that weren't his premades, even though we eventually won. Needless to say he was quite shit (hence why he's a manager) and Aaron ended up apolagizing for his behaviour. Waste of oxygen if you ask me.
