ALEX leaves LDLC
Alex "ALEX" McMeekin is no longer part of LDLC, the French organisation have confirmed.
In a Twitter post, LDLC mentioned that the player is "flying to new horizons" and wished him "the best for the future".
The announcement all but confirms that the British player is on his way to Vitality to replace Vincent "Happy" Schopenhauer, who was moved to the bench on Thursday after approximately five months with the team, three of which under the French organisation.

ALEX had been in LDLC's ranks since April 2016, when he was handpicked by Kévin "Ex6TenZ" Droolans as the Belgian tactician looked to take a new team to the top after being released by G2.
During the British player's time with LDLC, the team most notably won ESWC 2017 PGW, the PMU Challenge and the ESL Pro European Championship, and placed second at ESWC 2016 and 5th-6th at IEM Chicago, peaking at No.12 in the ranking last month.
With ALEX's departure, LDLC are now left with.
