Illuminar bench oskarish, STOMP

Illuminar have announced that Oskar "⁠oskarish⁠" Stenborowski and Daniel "⁠STOMP⁠" Płomiński have been moved to the bench with immediate effect.

The announcement follows a run of poor form from the Polish team, who have sliped down the rankings in recent months after peaking at No.23 in September following a title-winning campaign at Games Clash Masters.

Illuminar finished 5th-6th at their most recent LAN event, DreamHack Open Sevilla, and are yet to book a spot in the closed qualifier for the next Europe Minor after three unsuccessful attempts through the open brackets.

oskarish is removed from Illuminar's starting lineup

These are the first roster changes that Illuminar have made since the signing of the ex-x-kom roster, in July 2019. The team, headlined by former Kinguin duo Paweł "⁠innocent⁠" Mocek and Paweł "⁠reatz⁠" Jańczak, had left x-kom in the aftermath of the organisation's merger with AGO.

According to a recent report from TVPSPORT.PL, Illuminar have been spotted practicing with Michał "⁠snatchie⁠" Rudzki and Karol "⁠rallen⁠" Rodowicz, formerly of Virtus.pro and ARCY, respectively. The highly-rated duo are expected to try out for the team in the fourth and final open qualifier for the Europe Minor, scheduled for February 12-13.

With these changes, Illuminar now have:

Stomp I agree with being their best but Snatchie is an upgrade if hes consistent. Oskarish has really been kinda up and down for me, same goes for rallen replacing oskarish. They could make EPL with this roster depending on how demotions end up working. Could be like SS or AGO and always either just barely avoid relegation or get relegated and come back next promotional season

Depends on who holds the license. Davidp held the license for Heretics split from their time bouncing between rosters, plus I dont believe Heretics held the core 3 from previous season (if I remember correctly)
