VIP services restored

We have finally gotten our VIP machine back online and all VIP services are now restored. We will be taking steps to ensure something like thisdoes not happen again, and again we would like to apologize for the downtime.

As a compensation all existing VIP's have been giving an additional 2 days of VIP and Autorecorder/BNC if they have those products.

We hope people will still be interested in tying out the VIP features as we really think they add a lot of value for any frequent user of HLTV.org, so if you have not already checked out the features make sure to drop by the VIP info pages.
