Small delay in Dubai

Global Challenge Dubai is set to kick off at 09:30CET, but that will hardly happen, as a few starting problems have popped up.

The first round of matches in Group A, was set to start 09:30CET. The organizers did however seem a bit behind on scheduled, when the teams showed up ready to plug their gear in. The organizers were still setting up a few things on the main stage (where fnatic and MYM will play the first match), but also the four rows in the tournament area were just in the making, as monitors and PC’s were still being brought in.

The teams playing first today; fnatic, MYM, WeMade FOX, KerchNET, Alternate and Assassins List are all on site, ready to set up. The two Swedish teams are currently set on stage, getting ready to play. The other four teams are just about to be seated. My guess is that the matches will start in roughly thirty minutes, but it could be longer.

Also I bring sad news, as it has been confirmed that there will be no HLTV available for the playoffs, as all matches will be shown on ESL TV.

dont take any of what i think as real, i just assume that since there is 3 days for this, today will be group stages, tomorrow playoffs and then thursday will be quarter?? semi and finals > not sure if esl has an offical schedule on the website or so ill have small look, esltv hosts might even slip it so :DD

The "small delay" is already 50 minutes..

the only reason why they do esl tv is for the advertising...so stupid, but the sponsors pay for the tournament. @ sponsors: we get it we will buy your products, just give us hltv or learn a way to advertise on it.
