The team ranked first in the world right now, is still without points in Global Challenge Dubai.

The Swedish team fnatic cashed in their first defeat when facing MYM earlier today. Yet another defeat drops in as the Swedes have lost to Alternate, who cash in their first points. Alternate took off with great CT play on dust2, gathering nine rounds before changing sides.

Second half, where fnatic had to prove the CT play they are capable off, the card-deck collapsed. The Germans simply kept the gear they had started the match in, racing to a 16-6 score.

Alternate finished off fnatic with an overall score of 20-10 and really puts the knife on the throat of fnatic, who are in desperate need of points, if they still want chances to advance. Group A is still wide open, MYM as the candidate to advance in top spot, while second and third place will be a matter between four teams. WeMade FOX currently hold six points, taking second place, while Alternate and KerchNET both have three points. Assassins List joins fnatic in having zero points.

KerchNET will next be taking on fnatic on the main stage, in a match fnatic really have to win, if they won’t have to realize they have crashed in the group stage.

Nothing unexpected. I always say fnatic are n00bs, who win champs ONLY WITH LUCK. No luck at tounrament = no win. Last em is a good example. They sucked groupstage and WHATs going on? They went to playoff coz of 1 frag in situation 1vs1. Yeah, sure. Pro team. And then they were given THE MOST weak team of all teams. Yeah sure. No luck. Top2 only with skill. Kk.

are you that dense? i am not a fnatic fanboy, but to say they have never been the best when they have won estars, wcg sweden, kode5 globals, eswc masters, etc just in 2009 I think makes them the best of this year by a long shot. They only lose 3 bo3's this year and lost to SK in chengdu in two very close overtimes. I assume you bought your copy of cs in the discount bin at walmart and just installed last week. maybe you should stick to CZ/CSS.
