Electronic Sports League have disqualified the Romanian team neXtplease!, due to one of the members cheating in a ESL Balkan League match.

The Romania team participated in the European Championship for Extreme Masters IV, playing in Group D alongside SK Gaming, n!faculty, oXmoze, eSuba and nitro-team. The team has however today been disqualified, as Munteanu "DECE" Liviu was caught cheating in a ESL Balkan League match against Home Dominant.

As a result of cheating, neXtplease! Has been thrown out of Extreme Masters IV and ESL Balkan League, while Liviu has been barred from playing in ESL leagues for two years.

This is the second time during the Extreme Masters IV season, that ESL has barred a player for two years, as Rodolphe "Diodel" Verloës was caught cheating back in mid-September.

So how did they determine he cheated if he has not uploaded his aeq-file. There is no evidence that he did so why is it called "Banned for cheating" if it's really "Banned for not uploading his aeq-file.". It makes sense to assume he cheated and therefore doesn't want to upload his aeq-file but there is no proof. In the end neXtplease! admitted it I guess but before that there was no proof of cheating.

The admins have access to the aequitas log files even if the archive is not uploaded... and there (in the log) was written that a wallhack was started during the game... I don't know what other proof you need :)

It's not the actual .exe file that is checked, it's the .dll files who run the .exe file. I don't really know how to explain it, but they of course won't just look at the name of the .exe. Binary shit that people who know computers are good at. ;)

We don`t need him to upload the aequitas files. The upload is just for their opponents, to check if everything was fine with his logs and screens. The admin team can easily look at his log files at any time. I`m really sorry, but this is the true and the penalty points were given by a German admin and not from "the Bulgarian admin" (me), so your conspiracy theory is just not funny anymore. I cant describe my feeling right now. First of all this was the most stupid act i did in my entire pro gamer career and because of it i lost in 10 minutes what i built in years of work. About the HD game i can say that after the first map my nerves were stretched to the maximum. I would invite you all to watch very carefully the POVs from the matches in the groups and semis, where my opinion is that you can see clearly that they use wallhack (this can be seen very easily, because it is obvious they came out firing, the target already put in impossible situations). Also see when they wanted to let us take the round, losing silly (intentionally). In conclusion, I personally know that i don't have any mitigating circumstances for what i did, but i repeat - i did it in a moment of anger, acting selfishly and now im paying for it. What i did was my decision entirely, my teammates had no knowledge about me wallhacking, and i take the fault totally. About my future as a gamer - i dont think i will ever play CS again as I've been banned from all ESL competitions. I want to apologize to the people behind neXtplease because i let them down and i want to thank them for all they did for us and for trusting in the CS team. I hope they will continue with SEDAN, ENER, SZR and SNAPPLE because it wasn't their fault. I'm sorry i ended my career like this, i apologize to my teammates, to my fans and to the organization for the image prejudice.
