Millenium releases CS squad

Millenium announces the release of its current Counter-Strike 1.6 squad.

The French team was on display this past weekend, when attending the Extreme Masters IV European Championship Finals. The team lost all of their matches, not scoring a single point and finishing bottom last of Group A. Millenium who prior to the European Championship Finals announced the arrival of Rassen "rara" Abdou, but at the finals stated that the team had another player in their minds, but he was unable to attend.

Millenium manager Jean-Marc "Bjoran" Gaudin today announced the release of the current team, as a result of the team removing Steeve "Ozstrik3r" Flavigni without communicating with the management.

Geno & co. now without a home

Millenium was:

Christophe "sixeR" Xia
Engin "MAJ3R" Kupeli
Guillaume "Geno" Ntep
Mahé "Yoshi" Martin
Rassen "rara" Abdou

Gaudin furthermore announced that he has given Flavigni the leadership of the squad once again and will in the following weeks be representing a new Millenium lineup. The five players who learned their release today, now roam as free agents, with no reports of sticking together or the creation of a new team.

i havent, cause i dont find millenium a interesting to follow, at all... but it's my opinion, and im gonna stick to it: msx, rigo, mat, sixer and geno best line-up in france.. i might be wrong, i accept that.. ;)

That is the lineup I was thinking of. mSx is proving to be one of the best players in the world. Even though oXmoze is a team that can compete, mSx talents can be better utilized with a stronger team.

KerchNET made an amazing team gathering best players from Ukraine. SoA got disbanded and Ravens made a big profit by this. Will oXmoze do such a great move like Danes and Ukrainians? :)

According of team aAa, the likely line-up of ozstriker si [M] would be : - demzu - mshz - Ozstriker - SofianH - Yiiikon Even If it's hypothessis, it could be a great team even if I preferred the old LU (oz+4) or a mix like R!Go, mSx, Sixer, maj3r and one. Wait and see. :)

Tsss... Congratulation Geno. You've managed to destroy this awesome team. I hope sixeR, MAJ3R, Yoshi and Oz will make a new squad together. Geno = Epic fail, he has less skill and brain (except the deagle, maybe) than his ex-mates. Thanks for your stupidity when you fired Oz... aAa*sixeR aAa*Yoshi aAa*MAJ3R aAa*Ozstriker(? If he's not spiteful) aAa* ? I think if HaRtS or ioRek would be pick up it will not good cuz these two guys are like Oz -skill/+brain. I dont think rara has the lvl to follow them now so idk for the fifth player honestly. Anyway I really hope they will stay together, it works "perfectly". And do not forget SofianH and Wadie who were in this squad, nice skillz too.

geno = epic fail? he's definatly one of the best french players, even though some may not like him due to what he's done. and harts and iorek are not at all as you say, they both (especially iorek) are very skilled (anyways I don't think majer & co will follow Oz instead of geno now)

Why all ppL find iorek skilled ? He losts often the decisive actions. Harts > iorek NOWADAYS imo, I dont speak when emL win THE tournament cuz I wasn't on CS 1.6 at this moment. About Geno I never like him, it's not due to what's he done, and I never saw a "godaction" action from him than six,maj and Yoshi could make. I can just admit he has great skill with deagle... Unfortunately you're right. Now it's Geno & co, instead Oz & co...

Clearly you don't know jack shit... as he's one of the most complete players. His aim surpasses everyones and he shines with awp, colt, ak and with pistols as well. He's a aggresive player just as f0rest(which makes it fun to watch) and really gets the job done, plays defensively when needed and smart. The one to watch any given game with other words. You clearly only watched one game with him and based your opinion when he was at the bottom of the frag board (which I doubt), but guess what? f0rest and neo occasionally lowfrags as well. Thing is, mSx never had any equally skilled teammates as the previous ones I mentioned, thereof the lack of international titles. Get a clue...

Horrible pickup my -M- by getting rara, kid is no where near the same level as the other players, Yoshi, SIXER, Geno, MAJ3R are all caliber players, they should pick up someone like nota or moderation or even RevZ. THE best french lineup would be SIXER, Geno, MAJ3R, Yoshi and mSx. Not MaT or R!Go, they are good but not as good as them. And anyone not including Yoshi in their projected lineups know's nothing about french CS, he is -M-'s most consistent player, especially at major tournaments. But watch out for oXmoze they are looking real sharp with drizzer and loduN, I think they are finally forming their chemistry and are probably better than -M- at this point.

If the removal of Ozstriker has been the reason how did the team just attend under the Millenium tag during EM4 Finals without this player? ::) More likely it seems like 1) team: Oz out Management: Umm, let's see how this works out 2) team: did we actually attend EM4? Management: What a mess of a new team! 3) team: oh well Management: We can not just kick the new guy as the rest of the team supported the Oz kick out, thus all of them out (and b) You know Oz you leaving was a team decision after all).
