Unique-Esports bring in ex-Gamers.nu
The UK based organization Unique Esports have presented the addition of the team formerly known as Gamers.nu.
Kristoffer "faken" Andersson has once again found a new residence for his squad. This time around it is Unique Esports who will house the Swedish team, formerly known as Gamers.nu. Joining him in Unique Esports is Erik "zeki" Mattsson, who in the fourth quarter of 2009 was seen playing for Hardwire.
Niklas "pxr" Holtäng, Mathias "seAzon" Clausen and Adam "adde" Sundlöv are the three final members of the squad, which is set to compete in every possible tournament, including national qualifiers for various events.
"This team will be competing in the 2010/2011 Circuit, including DreamHack Summer 2010 WCG National Qualifier, ESWC National Qualifier, and National Online Leagues which have been scheduled and set by our team and the organization. This is something that has fell through in the past with Gamers.Nu and myLegend. We are glad to have joined Unique-Esports as we believe they are the next big sensation for the Counter-Strike Community." – Said Kristoffer "faken" Andersson on the Unique Esports website.
Unique Esports house following five:
Kristoffer "faken" Andersson
Niklas "pxr" Holtäng
Erik "zeki" Mattsson
Mathias "seAzon" Clausen
Adam "adde" Sundlöv
The team did not manage to sign up for the Swedish qualifier for ESL Pro Series Nordic, but could very well be a team that will try to enter the Last Chance qualifier for the tournament.
