aumaN joins as a sixth man to the existing roster.

aumaN briefly played with the core of the team under Rare Atom in 2022

13:20 Update: TYLOO responded to a request for comment to confirm ZhiHong "⁠aumaN⁠" Liu will be part of a six-man roster.

aumaN has been signed to TYLOO in the wake of their last-placed exits at ESL Challenger Jönköping and CS Asia Championships.

The Chinese organization has not announced any players being benched, and the exact role aumaN will play in the roster remains unclear.

The 29-year-old is a long-time collaborator with Zhuo "⁠advent⁠" Liang, and played under the veteran in-game-leader as far back as 2016 for CyberZen and later ViCi. He also turned out for Rare Atom, the precursor to this TYLOO roster, for three months at the start of 2022.

advent's squad has struggled for results in their first few months under the new banner, and failed to qualify for ESL Challenger Atlanta or IEM China 2024 in addition to the aforementioned last-placed exits on LAN.

CNCS is struggling with everything. three possibilities if a chinese want to enter CS pro scene. 1. train hard as they were back in school on aiming, and get a good aiming with no understainding of the game and communication 2. learn tatics like we learn maths, and become a coach (who coaches team with players with no tactics or no aim) or become a bot but calls good moves in round. 3. become a exchange student, play FACEIT while going to school, which is basically throwing money and only a few can achieve that(hltv.org/team/12508/souls-land) Most of the pros in china eventually go streaming.(check DANKING from 2021 tyloo) Another big problem in CNCS is the environment. Lots of CS streamers in china they are skin traders. They encourage people, who might not even have played a matchmaking game, to trade skins like stocks. Purchasing in-game is impossible for chinese kids and many gave up or join the people trading. Also, the anti-cheat in chinese CS platforms are absolutely !@#$. In Perfect World Platform(who owns CAC), Lots of players on higher ranks cheats. If they don't, they smurf on lower ranks(like a faceit lvl10 player playing on lvl7) The server is basically !@#$. Back in CSGO they already started to misregister AWP shots. I see lots of young players quitting, or making it their career to smurf on other's accounts to make money (probably with hacks) If you check chinese tiktok, you will see many stramers beating the european pros when they were still playing CAC on Perfect World. Many of them played games vs five stock ENCE or Astralis with 1.5 rating. If you check the demos, of course they are using DMAs. The only competitive narrator in China is Machine. But due to his contract to the streaming platform, he is not able to stream 90 percent of the games. He streams other games or even films most of the time. Less and less polular CS the game is in china, but the trading websites are getting a lot hotter here. I don't know for how long the lvg boys can hold on to their ranks and plays, but they are the only hope. If JKS and dexter return to australia, tyloo might not even get the chance to enter RMR finals. Ther is no fresh player in CNCS. VICI, RA, Tyloo, they are basically exchanging the old players.

LVG will likely be fine. Unlike the other Chinese teams, Lynn Vision basically has no veterans of the past. Or really never did. So there's no sense of nepotism or shit like that. If Im not mistaken, Lynn Vision is basically a org managed and owned by a streamer. So they'll likely be fine and do have a long term future, if they can get a grip and rapidly improve after they got stomped by MOUZ.

TYLOO is in such a tough spot. There is literally no one to replace on their team aside from Advent (statistically and role wise speaking). He however is also a really good IGL (in a region with few) and failing to replace someone who can bring a system people are willing to play in can be the end. Even when someone like JT was at his worst in CSGO he was still a better impact player than Advent has been for a while now.
