OG have looked to MOUZ NXT for their latest addition.

Nexius stood in for MOUZ at IEM Sydney 2023

OG have finalized the signing of Bram "⁠Nexius⁠" Campana from MOUZ NXT, which leaves the European lineup with only one spot to fill after Dion "⁠FASHR⁠" Derksen's benching and Nemanja "⁠nexa⁠" Isaković's sale to G2 in November.

Nexius spent 15 months in MOUZ NXT and even got a brief call-up to the main team for IEM Sydney when Jimi "⁠Jimpphat⁠" Salo had visa issues. The Belgian rifler averaged a 0.93 rating at his only tier-one outing to date, but still helped MOUZ reach the semi-finals in Australia.

He put up a 1.05 rating in the academy outfit across 2023, during which they notably won CCT North Europe Series 5 and peaked at No. 59 in the world rankings.

Nexius now joins an OG team that struggled for results during 2023 and failed to reach the playoffs at a Big Event. They suffered group-stage exits at IEM Katowice, ESL Pro League S17, IEM Rio, IEM Dallas, and IEM Cologne.

Ever since the team stopped being active in November, FASHR was moved to the bench while in-game leader nexa was transferred to G2, which left the starting lineup down to just three members. Following Nexius' addition, OG are still due to announce an IGL before the Copenhagen Major qualification cycle starts on January 8.

well yeah, but he was the player that gained the most notoriety in OG since he joined the org 2 years ago. flameZ's basically their best success story.

FlameZ, mantuu, NEOFRAG, (Marix) some players got some good experience off of being on a "T1" team imo, all their current players are kinda young too so we'll see who develops next

I wouldn’t say he was ever close to superstar level. He is an above average rifler and that’s exactly what vitality needed, which is why they’re doing so well now

I think they plan on transitioning k1to into an IGL unless they decide to pick up neaLaN who's basically their only option at this point.

Yep im not sure how he performed in OG but in BIG he had some bad/ok games and some where he went berserk he has some really crisp aim when hes feeling it

They were doing good, much better than people expected to be. Honestly, OG sank deep into tier3 after Aleksi left the team. They had one good run with nexa on BLAST and that's so.
