Sources: OG exploring options to replace Buzz

The international team is looking to make a player change in the off-season.

OG have allowed Buzz to explore his options

OG are scouring the market for potential replacements for Christian "⁠Buzz⁠" Andersen, sources with knowledge of the matter told HLTV. The Danish player has been placed on the bench and is exploring his options ahead of the new season.

Buzz signed with OG in September 2024 after a successful stand-in period. He averaged a 1.03 rating last season, which ended with a quarter-final exit in Exort The Proving Grounds Season 1 after a loss to fnatic.

OG were one of the surprise teams of Stage 1 of the Austin Major as they posted a 3-1 record with dominant victories against Complexity, TYLOO and NRG. But then in Stage 2, they went out 0-3 following losses to Virtus.pro, M80 and Falcons.

Buzz joins Bram "⁠Nexius⁠" Campana and Mădălin-Andrei "⁠MoDo⁠" Mirea on OG's bench. The Belgian rifler was benched in October 2024 and later replaced by Olle "⁠spooke⁠" Grundström, while the Romanian AWPer was removed from the starting lineup in February, with Nico "⁠nicoodoz⁠" Tamjidi filling the vacant slot on the roster.

OG, who are currently ranked 37th in the VRS, will have the following roster with Buzz's benching:
