Na´Vi fall versus BURNING!

Natus Vincere have cashed in their first loss at Arbalet Cup Dallas, as they faced a 17-13 defeat against BURNING!.

The French team yesterday did not manage to claim first place in their group, as Loaded beat them to it. In the second group stage they got paired with compLexity and Natus Vincere, where they tied against the Americans in the opening match.

Playing de_dust2 against Na´Vi it seemed like chances got slimmer of a victory for the Frenchmen, as the Ukrainians are known to be very dominant on the map, especially known for a very aggressive CT side. BURNING! actually started on the CT side, shocking the the Ukrainians with a 11-4 lead at half time.

Losing the second-half pistol-round things looked really bad for the ESWC 2010 champions and it did not become any brighter despite taking three rounds later on. BURNING! sealed the victory at 16-7, meaning they score three points to lead the group with four points in total.

The matchups for the last round will see Natus Vincere against compLexity, where a victory by the Americans would wipe the Ukrainians out of the tournament, while BURNING! will face TAU in their last match, where another three points should be no problem at all.
