Dreamhack Skellefteå with €4,000

The DreamHack organisation has announced the prize distribution for the upcoming Skellefteå competition.

The event, sort of a prelude to DreamHack Winter, will take place at the Scandic Konferenscenter in Skellefteå from October 30 to November 1.

The winning team will walk out with little over half of the total prize purse for Counter-Strike, receiving almost €2,100 and a Wildcard to DreamHack Winter.

It has also been announced that the tournament, which will feature a maximum number of 32 teams, will kick off with a group stage, followed by single-elimination playoffs in best-of-three mode.

DreamHack Skellefteå prize distribution:

1. €2,180 +  Wild Card & 5 Tickets to DreamHack Winter
2. €1,085
3. €545
