Playzone lose CS team

Joni "Freon" Huumo has informed HLTV.org that he and his trusty teammates have decided to leave Playzone.

It has been close to three months since Playzone announced their new team. Since its creation, the team had lost three of its players.

Two of them, Timi "aslak" Verkkoperä and Aleksi "allu" Rundberg, recently parted ways with Playzone, and were once again found in their former team, munkka. The team became victorious at the Finnish DreamHack qualifier, overcoming Playzone on two maps.

"We felt that we dont perform well enough for PlayZone and we're not getting support as we did in the past. We would like to thank everyone from playzone for our time", Huumo told HLTV.org.

The team, who have yet to find a suitable name for themselves, will stick together in order to still compete in the IEM5 European Championship, in which they have yet to rack up a win.

The Finnish team now consist of:

Finland Joni "Freon" Huumo
Finland Ari "spin" Raimi
Finland Jirka "jigetus" Ryhti
Finland Matti "SPIKEONE" Järvinen
Finland Anton "RUMBLE" Mikkola

The finns dont pracc pretty much at all anymore. Srly why would they cause most of those guys play online poker nowadays and they are making money with poker in on week more than a whole team would get by winning some major tournament. Anywayss Finnish CS scene was the best in Europe among Sweden and Germany in cs early years. For example finns won first nations cups and eurocups. since then cs scene in finland is mostly just a downhill. nowadays people just dont play cs here. its wow,sc2 and pokerpokerpoker. The best pro potential quit cs a long time ago. players like melvin, tico, daimer, alfa, digital, coali....its an endless list

finland has the most unstable organisations, all i could say is be professional since u ppl have the investment/support unlike the teams in my country :| .. most of the top level teams are either getting kicked or fight away from the organisations ! LOL CS is a very old game. be wise , just stick the organisation earn good enuf n fulfill their deal until the day comes when other games start to shine ! note:pls dont start saying CS WONT Die bullshit etc,ive read a lot bout it, this is just my view of the future e-sports :)
