ESC Gaming pick up ex-GEELIFE
ESC Gaming have announced their new Counter-Strike team in the form of the ex-GEELIFE roster.
Former mousesports ace Fatih "gob b" Dayik revealed earlier this month he had put together the former GEELIFE team together with friends of his from Frankfurt, but did not tell which organisation they would play for.
ESC Gaming are now hoping the new team will finally be able to bring home some success, after the previous roster finished in a frustrating ninth place in the EPS league, 21 points behind ALTERNATE.
"I am looking forward to the new season and in ESC ICY BOX we have found a very organized and professional organisation," Dayik told ESC Gaming's website.
"I am very pleased, of course, to play with my boys again this season, and I am convinced that we can be a very strong team."
The new line-up is the same with which GEELIFE reached the EPS Finals in 2007, when they finished in fourth place in the tournament in Cologne.
The team will soon start practicing at ESC Gaming's LAN center in Taunusstein, as they plan to mount a serious challenge in the upcoming season, which will be using a different system.
ESC Gaming will play the new EPS season with:
Milad "Milad" Zamiri
Fatih "gob b" Dayik
Sinan "bAuZkA" Cavus
Burak "coLLy" Dogramaci
Philipp "PHILIPP" Reitzmann
