Snax joins MaxFloPlay

MaxFloPlay have announced they have completed the signing of Janusz "Snax" Pogorzelski from BenQ DELTAeSPORTS.COM.

The Polish player had linked up with DELTA only two weeks ago after becoming disillusioned with life in Universal Soldiers, but has now decided to embark on a new journey as he did not put much faith in the project.

"I was glad that I had the chance to play with such experienced players [in DELTA]. But something turned out different than we would like," he told MaxFloPlay's website.

"Many people think our morale fell when we lost to GameBurg, this is not true because most of us were motivated to act.

"But after the departure of Sebastian [BS7], my attitude changed drastically, and I was not so happy with the team."

Janusz "Snax" Pogorzelski will replace Mateusz "JOYMAT" Domański, who has been shown the exit door in the team.

Meanwhile, MaxFloPlay have declared there is no substance to the reports that circulated earlier in the week linking Maciej "pistolero" Maciąg with DELTA.

Despite the addition of such a high-profile name, MaxFloPlay are in a tough spot in EPS as according to the league's rules, a player who has already represented a team in the competition cannot play for another team.

MaxFloPlay have indicated they will play their match on Sunday as planned, but it is still unknown whether Pogorzelski will be barred for some time.

With Pogorzelski leaving and Maciąg going nowhere, DELTA have now been left with a three-man roster.

The Polish team will be forced out of the cybersport league as they can no longer make further roster changes and will most likely use a wildcard to postpone this weekend's EPS match.
