Millenium replace Na´Vi in ICSC 8

The ICSC 8 organisation has confirmed that Millenium will replace Natus Vincere in Group D.

The Ukrainian giants yesterday ruled themselves out of the tournament as captain Danylo "Zeus" Teslenko recently became a father and must attend to his daughter, which would prevent the team from having top-notch preparation for the competition.

Millenium come off a runners-up finish at Gamers Assembly, where they lost 2-0 to Electronic Sahara in the final.

The French side will join tao, munkka and MaxFloPlaY in a group which is currently topped by the Russian side, who picked up a win in their first match.

Millenium have the following lineup:

cmon, MILLENIUM AND EMULATE ARENT THE SAME TEAM, dumbass...-M- are together for more than a year now, what did they do internationnaly speaking during this year? nothing, just the same as eSahara (which did some average performances on international events, top5-8 mostly)... you just proved how dumb you were by sayin Millenium and emuLate are the same team.

I think for all matches -M- vs eS, -M- won more times. They finished 4th at gamegune2010! The GA final was just a mistake, they didnt played their A-game.

You don't need to be agressive like that you know? I can't say what I think (even if it's wrong) without being insulting by people, cool. Well, without french LAN, eSahara win nothing and they will not win anything. Then, I just say that -M-, for me, have better chances to win something in international LAN. ofc M & emL arent the same team but M have a real leader ingame sorry eSfanboi. but Geno is totaly not a leader ingame and with rara they wont win something in inter so lets try M in inter and stop with esahara who are for 2years together and cant win mouz in mix 10x you.

well that's perfectly true, but i believe Geno can stay igl without any problem, if they manage to replace Rara with another madfragger. or they could bring a good igl instead of Rara, and let Geno focus on his aim ! the problem is there is not any good other igl in France beside HaRts & R!Go...

yeah Geno is a bad igl and eSahara is shit compared to Millenium, that's why they won every single event that really matter in France during their time together (Reso, Ga, ESWC.fr, WCG.fr, EPS). Besides emL and GG, no other teams ever did it. Pretty hard to still be really motivated after that, even more when you know that the game is dying. But they manage to win the Gamers Assembly anyway without praccticing and haven't lost a single map in the bracket... Yeah they do have average or poor international results (top5/8 ESWC, Arbalet Cup, Dreamhack), but playing cs in France is a whole other planet if you look at teams such as fnatic, SK or NaVi which are doing those kind of events for a living, pretty much every months. They're just a bunch of really good friends that enjoy playing together, SIXER and MAJ3R have been playin together for more than 4 years, Mahé join them in October 2008, Geno in March 2009 and finally Rara in January 2010. We're in fuckin May 2011 guys.

that's what i just said mate :) i said Geno could easily stay IGL if they finally decide to replace Rara by another madfragger, the other alternative would be to replace Rara with a good IGL and let Geno focus on his aim ! and i'm perfectly aware playing with Rara is quite enough for eSahara to dominate the french scene (even if -M- has quite the same level imo), but if they want to compete with top clans internationnaly speaking, they must replace him...

Yoshi is way better than haRts and MAJ3R can be the IGL easily so that is not the best french lineup you can even replace harts with loduN or drizzer....you dont need haRts to IGL when Maj3r is just as good and much better fragger. SIXER/MAJ3R(IGL)/Diodel/CosMo/drizzer IMO
