ENTiTY win WCG Macedonia

ENTiTY have won the Macedonian World Cyber Games qualifier after beating BloodyDignity with a 2-0 scoreline.

The qualifier, which as held in the nation's capital, Skopje, at the Boris Trajkovski Sports Center, attracted a total of 61 teams.

BloodyDignity proved not to be a hard obstacle for ENTiTY to overcome, as they were able to defeat them 16-4 and 16-5 on de_nuke and de_inferno, respectively.

At World Cyber Games 2010 in Los Angeles, ENTiTY shocked thousands of spectators with their 19-11 victory over Full Gaming, who were then Denmark's number one representative.

With the team's latest victory, they have rightfully earned access to the upcoming World Cyber Games event, which will take place in Busan, South Korea, between December 8-11.

There, ENTiTY will display the following team:

It wouldn't, unfortunately, be the first team that after winning a qualifier of this kind that receive a phone call/e-mail telling them that event sponsors this/that etc. - to sum up, no money for journey nor accomodation in the end ;)

usually teams from the Eastern Europe like ENTiTY or TeG always practice hard for WCG and show some amazing matches like ENTiTY's win over Full-Gaming or TeG's overtime battle with fnatic and win over k23 :), i won't mention FX :D

I do actually think you understood my point. Those maps hugely favor CT's, and I find it boring that the two first maps were to be played on them.. Would be much more fun to see tuscan and inferno for instance :- )

Both maps only slightly favor the CT side these days, the statistics show this. There have been matches where both sides really walkover the opposing team as T on both nuke and train, so to say the maps hugely favor CT is not true (anymore).

This year's teams were lot better than last year's...I mean it is all the same players just different clan names...and even some good mixup (two clans joining together)4dignity lost in the 1st qual...now 2 of the made it to the final. It is really stupid to say that the teams have not improved...since whole year many players have been preparing for WCG only! And maybe you think the teams were weaker because ENTiTY crashed everybody really easily..but you should first consider that ENTiTY players attended much more tournaments than the 3 other teams in semi's together...which means more practice...many of them were on an international level etc!

ENTiTY attended much more tournaments than any other team in Macedonia...lots of them on an international level..that's more practice and more experience....the problem is not with the other teams...but entity..they've become damn good! I am pretty sure that no one will be able to challenge DPS to win the serbian WCG qualifier..probably they won't even lose a map

Dude i do not want to get into further discussions :P but i've played many times against entity and i saw other results when no one took more than few rounds against them and many teams in serbia take 10-11-12 and sometimes win against entity [example : FP vs ENTiTY 16:14 3d Groups]. Entity is rly great toplevel world team . From results on this qually i see that other teams have to pracc alot to get as close as they can

Taking 5 or 10 rounds against ENTiTY does not prove anything! There are macedonian teams that took ENTiTY into overtime..so what..only when these teams face off at a real LAN match our discussion will end :) Peace m8
