Electronic Sahara have bolstered their Counter-Strike squad with the additions of four ex-Millenium players.

Earlier today, Millenium announced they had stopped putting effort into Counter-Strike, relieving the team led by Michael "HaRtS" Zanatta from their duties as the organization's representatives.

Through Twitter, eSahara revealed that a "real turning" was about to happen for the organization, which started speculations about them signing some of the former Millenium players.

sixeR still a part of eSahara

The Twitter message proved to be concerning Counter-Strike, as Electronic Sahara has now announced they have signed over four ex-Millenium members, excluding Warren "CosMo" Boisnard.

With Boisnard out of the lineup, the four members who will make the move are Michael "HaRtS" Zanatta, Jeremy "ioRek" Vuillermet, Benjamin "drizzer" Charnet and Rodolphe "Diodel" Verloës.

Moreover, Electronic Sahara have decided to maintain a six-man team, as Christophe "sixeR" Xia and Engin "MAJ3R" Kupeli are the two players who will continue donning their colors.

Electronic Sahara now boast:

Christophe "sixeR" Xia
Engin "MAJ3R" Kupeli
Michael "HaRtS" Zanatta
Jeremy "ioRek" Vuillermet
Benjamin "drizzer" Charnet
Rodolphe "Diodel" Verloës

With Electronic Sahara changing the majority of players who participated in their victory at the French World Cyber Games qualifier, the ownership of the slot might come into question.

Geno is igl and they already have HaRts, CosMo or even mahE should be there instead of ioRek(LOOOOOOOOOOOOL is not even top15 in France, really in a bad shape) and drizzer, well drizzer is decent, but in a country where they want to create a DreamTeam, decent isn't enough.

i know he could be a monster, the guy is unstoppable when his A-game is on, but well they need stable players, check drizzer's povs even online with 60 ping, the guy is allways playing great, i really don't think it's a bad idea to pick drizzer instead of CosMo, and it would have been bad for the team cohesion to pick up CosMo instead of ioRek, cuz ioRek won't say anything if he's not playing, whereas CosMo would claim his spot in the main 5

Expected, regarding latest results they won CB NationCup with this lineup. Seems to be the perfect move but i can't see iorek's role in this team, he was a good player back in 2007-2008 but he had been inactive for a moment and since he plays again he's not showing great game imo.

Ive always said that if the French cs scene wasnt so divided into two side - Millenium vs eSaraha - they would have a top 5 international team. imo, this new roster is going to shake some tournaments coming up. But if i had to choose a lineup, it would be: Sixer Diodel Harts Majer Msx

NO COSMO??? Without CosMo can't be a DreamTeam fro France. HaRts sixeR MAJ3R Diodel CosMo CosMo was the best alongside with Diodel in Millenium.

CosMo and MAJER have quite the same playstyle, and CosMo doesn't take the game that seriously, i guess they chose to play without him cuz they needed a strong & solid backup player, and drizzer is way more better as a backup player than CosMo is imo.

i understand, but well i was hoping for this exact dreamteam, cuz they have been playing for a long time with this lineup now (training for NC & ENC, which they were taking really seriously), their teamplay is allready good, they have the best french igl, the best awp, the best aimer and two excellent backup players, Diodel will be 2nd awper, just wait and see, they're gonna own @GameGun, i can feel it =]

everybody in france recognize Mahe as one of the best players for a long time now dude, foreign people don't recognize him, but he's not underrated in France. and i don't think MAJ3R is overrated, he hasn't been playing as well as he used to in the past few months, but he reminds me of Xizt a little,when his A-game is on, he's just...unfuck*nbelievable

Geno is banned for most french lans next season, he will sadly probably not join any team this year...but i could see mahe cosmo msx mat R!go (igl), or something like that :)

Yeah my thoughts, or my hopes should I say cuz Xp3 back to France ain't very likely to happen lol. I think these are the best line ups France can form nowadays to make the scene itself a bit more interesting, cuz after the creation of this dreamteam let's face it French tournaments are gonna be boring if the other teams don't decide to build stronger teams too. There are MANY good players in France, I think it's possible to have 2 really good teams and one or two that can challenge them in France

I agree. And yeah Xp3 will never back to France for gaming, for the simple reason that he probably has a salary (or at least in coL in the past) in USA. For Virus, the best thing to do imo is -YiikoN +CosMo and keep kDj. For LDLC neither dafunk or Oz [i think] will play with heuka, they're all IGL. But they definitely need to find a great lineup to make the french scene interesting, you're right.

I replaced kDj with CosMo cuz they're both awpers and kDj doesn't seem to be ready yet to compete against the team eSahara now has. And I like YiikoN cuz each time I saw him play he was very good at making the first frag, something they'll need if MaT- retires for good
