SteelSeries launch Sensei mouse

SteelSeries have introduced a new member to their mice product line, adding what they consider the master of them all, named Sensei.

The wait is over, what a lot of people have been guessing and debating about since we brought a photo from GameGune 2011, showing a mouse which was not to be found in the SteelSeries mice product line.

SteelSeries today revealed the name of the product, which has once again been named using Japanese-inspiration. The mouse is called Sensei and just like the Xai a laser mouse. Similar to the development of the Xai, SteelSeries have developed the Sensei in association with some of the world's best players, from various game titles.

It looks like the Xai and it also features the same ambidextrous shape, LCD screen and on-board menu system as the Xai, but other than that, it is very different.

For us to get to know the Sensei better, SteelSeries have put together a video, with Kim Rom (chief marketing officer) and Tino Soelberg (chief technology officer) telling us in detail what the new mouse is all about.

The SteelSeries Sensei will be available from September and will have a MSRP of $89,99/€89,99.
