SK & Fx to Upper-bracket final

SK Gaming and Frag eXecutors will meet in the Upper-bracket final of e-Stars Seoul 2011 which will be on de_dust2.

Frag eXecutors claimed the scalp of the Ukranian champions on de_forge, with a scoreline of 16-8. Fx started out as terrorists and managed to pick up eight rounds. In the second half, Fx stepped up a gear and took the eight rounds needed, while only conceding one round.

In the other Upper-bracket semi-final SK took on their neighbours in mTw. SK got off to a dominating first half lead taking eleven rounds as counter-terrorists. SK continued their dominance and closed out the match 16-8.

SK and Frag eXecutors will now faceoff on de_dust2, the winner will get the benifit of the extra life in the final, while the loser has a long wait ahead of them while the lower-bracket catches up.

Interesting to note that in the lead up to e-Stars everyone expected de_forge to be terrorist favoured map, however from the two matches today, features what most would consider the four best teams in the world, 30 of the 48 rounds played were won by the counter-terrorists.

Na'Vi won top events in 2010, we got later 2011... Na'Vi in this year got no success like in last.

they won IEM5 World. 1 of 3 biggest events, they just need to win WCG or ESWC, or both and they will be the best in 2011 too. For sure not so big domination, like they do in 2010, but anyway Na`Vi have all chances to be the best in 2011. And they won a lot mid events, like sk,fx. So they just need WCG/ESWC as I said.

They won't win it, I don't even think they gonna win 1 of 2, I think SK is too strong now... And don't say that for example in esouls Na'Vi don't play on 100% because it's just retarded, why they would go to Korea and play 4fun? Big events are like small, mid events, but you got no 8 teams like SK, Na'Vi, FX, mTw etc., but these teams from small+mid events + 50 other low teams.

The reason that forge is not a T side map is that CT's with good aim like todays pro's can much easier defend a site then attack it

for example SK win FX and reaches to grand final and Na`Vi win mTw and win loser bracket and next win Fx in consolidation final so they reaches also to grand final but from loser bracket, then SK (from winner bracke) have to win one map, Na`Vi (from loser bracket) have to win two maps to win the tournament
