Video: Interview with markeloff

Yegor "markeloff" Markelov from Natus Vincere spoke with us shortly after qualifying for the ESWC 2011 Grand Final, winning 2-0 versus AGAiN in order to do so.

The Ukrainians are still in the run to defend the ESWC title they won last year, following their semi-final victory against AGAiN. A 2-0 score versus the Poles secured Na´Vi the chance to defend their ESWC title, once again they face off against SK Gaming for the championship.

We took out six minutes of Yegor "markeloff" Markelov's time after the win on the main stage at ESWC, for a post match interview about the victory over AGAiN and the upcoming match against SK Gaming.

Sennheiser, right?! That wasn't supposed to be better then the "convencional gaming headsets"? I mean, if they are made to isolate a helicopter sound, they should be good to isolate other noises.

I'm not sure if these are Sennheiser, they look different compared to the ones used at ESL tournaments. It's not so much that they dont block the noise, its rather that the sound is poor.

My guess would be Plantronics. As they are the sponsors of ESWC (as i can see on the poster behind you).

As far as I know, Plantronics dont fabricate helicopter headsets, but I could be wrong.

Even though I like him and Na'vi at all I'm somehow disgusted about "we are better team than Poles". While I would say for now it's pretty much equal situation, but back then, nobody even heard of Na'vi like even 2 years ago or so, but I might be wrong... I'll also remind that they won ESWC and WCG just once, while Poles did win both of them twice.

Stop being a fanboy. Na'Vi won 2x IEM, if you want to talk in those terms. And he said he would think of NaVi being better if they end up winning this ESWC, which will make it 2xESWC, 2xIEM, 1xWCG in 20 months or so. So that gives him the right to at least claim to be better. Whether or not they are better can be debated endlessly. PS : AGAiN is my primary favorite team, so don't bother flaming me.
