Vifort replace Drunken5 in TECHLABS

Drunken Five has been replaced with the Russian team Vifort, the Polish team could not compete today and therefore had to cancel their participation.

The $15,000 TECHLABS Cup kicks off today with Group A, but it will be without Drunken Five, who pulled out of the tournament, as they were unable to play and had no way to postpone their matches.

The replacement was found in the Russian team Vifort, dropping into Group A, replacing the Polish side and will be up against Natus Vincere, Lions and SharkGaming.

Vifort consist of the following five:

Russia Nikolay "MNR" Kirpichev
Russia Denis "seized" Kostin
Russia Boris "watti" Litvyakov
Russia Kirill "delm1k" Balachevcev
Russia Anton "kibaken" Kolesnikov

The organizers have furthermore informed us, that there will be no HLTV available for this tournament. There will be multiple streams available in Russian, but whether there will be any English casting is currently not known.

People who dont speak Russian wont watch it. If they dont have an English stream they must be braindead. They lose way too much media attention by doing this, and of course money.

The 1.6 developers should create a competent system where everyone is in profit. Something like: you (the hltv owner) are allowed to put any advertisment on your hltv (valve provides it), and you deal with valve 50%/50%. The more people on the server you will have, the more money you earn. Simple as shit.

i dont think most of the 1.6 developers even give a shit about 1.6 that much anymore. theyre busy with source v2. but yeah its a better idea than only having live streams.
