GameGune 2012 prizes announced

GameGune 2012 was announced yesterday and will be held on July 26-29 in Bilbao. Today the organization behind the event has announced a 22,500€ prize pool for the event.

The prize pool and distribution is exactly the same it has been for numerous years, showing that Counter-Strike 1.6 is still popular at Euskal Encounter where GameGune is held annually.


GameGune announces prizes for their 2012 event 

It's safe to assume various top teams in Counter-Strike will be making the trip to Bilbao in July with such a good prize pool. Last year's event saw SK Gaming come out on top ahead of the Swedish ESC Gaming lineup and Na`Vi.

Prize distribution:

1. 12,000€
2. 6,000€
3. 3,000€
4. 1,500€ 

The event will take place on July 26-29 at Bilbao Exhibition Center in Northern Spain. If you wish to attend, you can apply for an invitation by e-mail at [email protected].
