ASUS Summer Cup groups

Final sixteen teams have been determined in ASUS Summer Cup which will hand out 45,000 RUB (~1,150€) in prizes as well as two spots for the Final Battle of the Year.

The first rounds of the event were played in a single elimination bracket which saw the amount of participants get narrowed down to just sixteen from the 300 or so who originally signed up.

Some very well known players and teams are still participating in the cup, including the entire former Moscow Five roster who are representing two separate teams, as well as k23 talent Dauren "AdreN" Kystaubayev.

that was the winter or spring cup when alternate and esrael (current wikipediots) qualified for the asus' final battle of the year (fboty) so they need 2 more teams to qualify for the fboty, the fboty is planned to take place at year-end
