ALTERNATE add CS:GO team?

ALTERNATE have given a strong indication that they are in the process of building a Counter-Strike: Global Offensive squad.

On Wednesday, ALTERNATE manager Johannes "siGGe" Sick created on ESL's website a new team called "Team ALTERNATE Cs Go Cup 1.6" and added five players to it.

With the open and the invite qualifiers for the first EPS season in CS:GO taking place in the coming weeks, it looks like that this will be the German-based organisation's team for the league.

Tobias "Troubley" Tabbert makes the transition from ALTERNATE's 1.6 team and will captain the CS:GO division, being aided by former ESC Gaming star Andre "BARBARR" Möller.

BARBARR returns to activity

The other three players come from CS:Source and they are Tera Gaming duo Hendrik "strux1" Goetzendorff and Dimitrios "stavros" Smoilis and ex-mTw member Brandon "Weber" Weber.

This leaves ALTERNATE with the following CS:GO team:

Tobias "Troubley" Tabbert
Andre "BARBARR" Möller
Hendrik "strux1" Goetzendorff
Dimitrios "stavros" Smoilis
Brandon "Weber" Weber

in css.. which makes them noobs. saucer=noob. its common knowledge. for example if someone is nooby u dont say nooby u say "sAucy" player. or instead of noob if u wanna insult someone u can say "sAucer". even in real life its a valid term to insult someone and degrade him.

Ok guys, I have enjoyed hltv.org for past 2-3 years about cs 1.6 years and never created an account, however i really wanna say after reading electronic sports congress where a guy from blizzard entered, if it comes to blizzard they do have long story of costumer-oriented policy just trying to make what players need and want, on the other hand,valve has been working against us gamers for too many years, first they created CS:S OMG what a crappy game thus failed, then created CS:GO. What is this game, for console players, for what purpose, to make money yet like everyother company blizzard also work for money yet they listens the community, SC has been competitive successfully for gamers especially Koreans many years, then they created SC 2 still cool plus game, lol valve tried same but made shit still trying to deliver its shitty game, one thing i will say for sure one third of current 1.6 players will not just leave playing fps games, another one third will will play 1.6, last one third will switch GO. ( not including just pro players, i mean all players who play 1.6 worldwide).

a company is always about making money no matter what, they have to increase sales and increase their revenue to make shareholders happy and grow. Blizzard has in fact kind of figured out how to make the largest part of the community happy for most games and has led itself to be one of the best if not the best game designer. Valve's community management has failed. They've failed to create a good fps game and in my opinion they will not create a good fps game. The thing that CS GO lacks, is the simplicity to the viewer. The simple graphics, the simple maps, the simple models, somewhere, where a shitty "just for fun" gamer like me can quickly connect the dots and say aaaah "that is long A on dust2", without any barrels trees or any other distracting stuff laying around. If I had the money, and someone came to me with a good business model proposing to create a good, well thought out fps game, I'd invest, because this niche market (sad that I actually have to call the FPS genre that) is heavily sedated (not good when a new game just came out). To come back to your point, YES it will split up the communities even further to where it will disappear into oblivion (except if a good fps shooter comes out). By the way, some of the comments which some individuals made about the hltv.org community and the cs 1.6 community in general were absolutely outrageous, I know for a fact that a couple of people will NOT switch over to CS GO because of those comments. Professional, I think NOT.

I'm pretty sure the css squad will switch to cs go as well. Maybe they will keep both teams, the css squad and the '1.6 squad' around Troubley.

Two teams? I don't think so honestly. As #139 tells me 3 players of this line-up haven't even played CS 1.6 probably thus it isn't an actual '1.6 squad'. You see how confusing this is? Looking forward to a reply from Troubley though (#129).

I was just guessing. It's not that uncommon to have two teams. Maybe they want to see how the two squads will do at the EPS qualifiers since both teams (the CSS team and the old 1.6 account) do have a place in the EPS/EAS exclusive qualifiers. Afterwards they still have the possibility of dropping one team.

I rly laughing over those comments like that "hitboxes in css are larger" or "its easy to kill someone" If that is true then the same is true for ut oponent - that means that u will also get much more faster killed than in 1.6. Its the same fort u and for ur oponent. So these arguments are completly bullshit. But i understand its fucking 1.6 community. Everybody in other games lol, dota etc etc knows that 1.6 is most retarded community ever...
