Team X qualify for Thor Open

Former fnatic member's Faruk "pita" Pita Team X has won the fourth Thor Open qualifier, defeating THE FR34KSHOW from Finland 16-9 on de_train_se in the grand final.

Team X managed to avoid their toughest competition as the likes of Virtus.pro, and mTw, as well as mixteams of LowLandLions, fm.TOXiC and Aleksi "allu" Jalli's White and more were knocked out by lesser teams in upsets across the bracket.

On their way to the grand final, Team X defeated Greek aVerage, Russian GetFight, Finnish sAw, Russian KAWAIIMEGU! and Finnish Superebin before facing THE FR34KSHOW.

pita will be participating in the Thor Open finals come December 8 

Out of their competition, only Virtus.pro were knocked out by THE FR34KSHOW, while mTw fell short against Superebin, fm.TOXiC against Swedish HWR and LowLandLions against Swedes of newschool.

This means that Team X, where Pita is flanked by the likes of Jim "zneel" Andersson and Markus "pronax" Wallsten, has qualified for the tournament taking place on December 8-9 in Stockholm.

With four other Thor Open qualifiers set to run on Saturdays in November to determine the rest of the participants, the team list for the event currently looks as follows:
