TyLoo win WCG China 2012

TyLoo has defeated ZINCTHAI in the grand final of WCG China 2012 to win 50,000 RMB (~$8,000) and qualify, along with the second place team, to WCG 2012.

A total of fifteen teams took part in the 2012 edition of WCG China, with TyLoo going into the CS: Online tournament as heavy favorites after dominating the domestic competition throughout the year.

After topping their group, TyLoo defeated MengZZ 16-4 on both de_dust2 and de_inferno, while TFE and ETeng went into a four map series due to odd ruling of a fourth map being played instead of an overtime on map three, with TFE coming out on top.

ZINCTHAI and New4 also played through four maps of Counter-Strike: Online as the second placing team lost de_dust2 11-16, won de_nuke 16-2 and then tied the third map, before securing a 9-16 win on de_train.

Semi-finals saw TyLoo score another easy win, this time with scores of 16-9 and 16-6 over c63d while TFE and ZINCTHAI once again had to go through four maps, with ZINCTHAI emerging as the winners 16-2 on de_dust2.

While TFE defeated c63d easily in the third place decider, TyLoo proved as effective as they only lost a total of eight rounds in the grand final, winning the entire qualifier without dropping double digit rounds in a single map.

WCG China 2012 final standings:

1. TyLoo - 50,000 RMB (~$8,000) + WCG 2012 spot
2. ZINCTHAI - 30,000 RMB (~$4,800) + WCG 2012 spot
3. TFE - 10,000 RMB (~$1,600)
4. c63d

WCG 2012 will take place on November 29-December 2 in Kunshan, China. Exact participant list is still unknown, as only a handful of qualifiers have taken place in Asia.

yes for a few minutes XD slightly loose recoil like playing on USB modems(which is what I'm used to, my online nick is "USB MODEM" anyway) the recoil feels different which is obvious, even different 1.6 version has different recoil. however there are similarity between 1.6 and it is much closer to CS:GO. I mean.. if similarity is exist between 1.6 and CS:GO that is.. EDIT:sorry for all the typos amd weird grammars. I'm studying

we don't have cs:online as a type on our site, every cs:online has always said cs 1.6 (as has cs:cz back in the days). i did however mention cs:online multiple times in the post itself.

Only in China, my brother. I can bet that more than 95% of Indian CS players have never even heard of CS:O. Don't know about the South-East Asian countries. They're probably busy playing SC2, LoL and Dota 2.

it is a fact that 1.6 has 3x more people playing than CSGO on steam, and non steam the stats are devastating for CSGO, there are hundreds of thousands playing 1.6 on non steam servers.
