Cph Wolves win DreamHack qualifier
Copenhagen Wolves have secured entry into this year's DreamHack Winter tournament after coming out on top of the Danish qualifier.
A total of 15 teams from across Denmark signed up for the tournament, organised by Gaming.dk, with hopes of securing the one spot that would take to Jönköping, Sweden, from November 22nd-24th.
The qualifier used a double-elimination mode, with the Upper Bracket matches being played in best-of-three, while the Lower Bracket ones were played in best-of-one.
Copenhagen Wolves assured themselves of a place in the Grand Final following a 2-1 victory agaisnt 3DMax in a keenly-contested match, but found themselves up against Anexis in the tournament decider.
After losing the first half of de_dust2_se 8-7, Wolves turned the score around in the second half, in which they were playing as Terrorists, to win the match 16-13 and qualify for DreamHack Winter.
