One of Denmark's largest gaming festivals approaches and promises to be another exhilarating event hosting a range of competitions including Counter-Strike 1.6.

The summer has now come to an end, ESWC 2007 and GameGune 2007 are over, the online professional series including the NGL One Season 3 is over and the ClanBase EuroCup XV ends this weekend. While we have the occasional WCG Qualifier and more recently the KODE5 Qualifiers to entertain us, it has been a while since we have seen a big LAN gaming tournament with a range of top teams attending.

SLAP LIVE #13 promises to change that and has already released information about dates and some hints on prizes for the Counter-Strike competition. The event is set to take place from 18th - 21st October inclusive at Tappehallen in Hellerup located in Copenhagen, Denmark. The hints on prizes include the following:

Counter-Strike 1.6 Prize Distribution

1st: 50.000DKK
2nd: 20.000DKK
3rd: 7.500DKK
4th: 3.000DKK
5th: 1.500DKK
