KODE5 announced their sixth regional qualifier, this time it moves out of Europe and into the USA.

KODE5 USA will be the first qualifier announced in North American and the sixth qualifier to be announced so far in the KODE5 series.

Counter-Strike 1.6 will be the only tournament held at the KODE5 USA event. It will be hosted in association with the LANFEST2k5 event and will be held from October 5-7th. The two top teams will battle for the KODE5 USA Regional Finals along with two invite teams, at the 2008 Consumer Electronics Show (CGS) in Las Vegas.

The revolution continues to gather momentum around the world. Today, KODE5 is excited to announce its highly anticipated North American event. In association with Newegg.com, KODE5 adds their KODE5 USA Qualifier and Finals to its ever-growing list of gaming events.

This year, Counter-Strike 1.6 gamers can get in-the-game by attending the KODE5 USA Regional Qualifiers in the BYOC area of Newegg.com’s LANfest2K7 event. The top two teams, along with two invite teams, will battle for the KODE5 USA Regional Finals at the 2008 International Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in Las Vegas.
