Lemondogs bring in waver
Lemondogs have announced that they have bolstered their squad with the addition of Anton "waver" Wiberg.
The Swedish player had been on the market following the disbandment of Western Wolves' CS:GO division last month, a decision that came as a result of the team's mixed LAN results and Andreas "Schneider" Lindberg's departure to Absolute Legends.
He will be filling in for Christian "Spitfire" Schiölde, who has been relieved of his position, with the team hopeful that this change will allow them to scale greater heights in the future.
"It is nothing personal against Spitfire, it is just that we know that waver fits in better with us," Patrick "zajp" Knutsen told Fragbite.se.
"We know this because we played we played CS:Source alongside him for quite some time."
This change is expected to raise eyebrows, as Wiberg is widely considered to be one of the most talented players in the Swedish scene.
Lemondogs, who won the RADEON Offensive online tournament last month over fnatic, plan on attending Assembly Winter next month, and insomnia48 and Copenhagen Games in March.
The roster of former BuggIT team is now the following:
Isak "cype" Rydman
Patrik "zajp" Knutsen
André "berg" Kjellberg
Simon "twist" Eliasson
Anton "waver" Wiberg
