Well, I can only speak for myself, but I don't like 106 fov. In any game that has a fov slider, I set it to 100 if I can, but anything above that makes the games uncomfortable to me. That's why I play...

No man, it just makes the hud closer to the center ie similar to how it is in 4:3. But it's still 16:9 - 106HFOV, instead of 4:3 - 90HFOV.
