Again, not the issue... Practice servers are private servers running locally. What is happening is clearly a bug that has been introduced with the update. But hey, we will get a patch when the servers...

Not the issue, the issue is the game freezing when creating practice servers. A lot of us will encounter this bug because we want to open the maps in practice mode and see the changes.
