As most of you already know my time with PREF1R3 has come to an end. First of all I wanted to express my gratitude for all the things I've learned in the team for the past couple of months and now I will share my personal experience and what was the true atmosphere in the team which wasn't very great.

The reason I'm writing this statement is because I want people to know part of the story, what person REVICER truly is and how he killed my motivation to play CS:GO in that team completely.
Let me start with how he treats his teammates: REVICER has a very aggressive and toxic behavior. He instantly gets triggered when someone makes a mistake, for example, if I make a mistake he instantly starts to yell and he insult me and my FAMILY. I can't really have respect for a person who treats me like that no matter how much he has accomplished in his career or how much he taught me. He is a terrible person in and out of the game. What kind of player or a person you have to be to constantly trash talk even other BULGARIAN teams behind their backs and say that they will never succeed or manage to accomplish anything, then talk about the situation in our local CS:GO scene and how bad it is not realising that he is part of the problem? Even if you don't like each other it's not right to talk shit about them without a valid reason. He is the biggest hypocrite I've ever met. During my time playing in this team NO ONE was allowed to have an opinion in the team except HIM. When we practiced I tried to express my opinion about various in-game situations and he instantly cancelled the practice for the whole week just because he doesn't accept other peoples' thoughts and creativity. He is trying to be some kind of a communist dictator not a leader.
We make mistakes in-game and I know we have to fix them, but when we make a mistake in-game he starts screaming and yelling and basically the whole match is him being aggressive and mad. If we make a mistake in round one he won't stop screaming until the last round of the match, he always tells us how we will never be good at this game, what ,,big noobs'' we are and how he is the best in everything. Knowing the atmosphere in the team for the past few weeks I didn't even want to join teamspeak, he tried to manipulate some of us many times and after our last practice together when I left the teamspeak he was talking behind my back and tried to convince the other guys that I was the problem. This guy doesn't have respect for anyone but himself... I remember how he was saying that he is being the hardest working person in the team and what failures we are constantly. No one likes this guy in Bulgaria simply because of his big EGO. I won't forget when I wanted to talk with him about this issue and asked him why is he getting so mad he got even more mad hahaha. I really don't know what is wrong with him, but these things are really annoying in-game. I hope he will find some medical help because this is nowhere near normal. When we played he was constantly pressuring us mentally. I really think our biggest problem was outside the game and the issue was more psychological than in-game skills and honestly, I feel so much better now that I have nothing to do with this person. That was just 10% of the whole story I can write so much more about him and my experience with him... If someone doesn't believe my words I have so much video and audio proof that I can happily provide for all the things that I went through
