CHEATERS IN MM
tbh, I played like 30 games within the last 2 months and there was no single obvious cheater in the matchmaking. Was very very different at the beginning of CS2.
The worst pro player ever
I played against blade a lot in 1.6, he was actually very strong mechanically. Crisp headshot focused aim, kind of Scream style, but not to that extreme. I guess it's a usual evolution of most top IGL...

I got to LVL10 2.9k elo top knowing very few nades. Like maybe 8 of them max, 1-2 per map.

probably you are right, though just the process to get visas in some countries takes significant amount of time due to queues. I'm not sure if for competition the process is accelerated.

visas are actually not that easy, and for russian citizens it may be harder. source - live here for almost 5 years. It's just that you probably don't see that much as a Canadian.

for the people who study on their own, I generally recommend finding any job you can. Apply to as many of those as you can, find the first one, learn on the job and then take it from there.
