Depends on your role and the map you're playing. A4 for me on most maps, since i usually push a lot and hold sites very offensive - getting in close-combat more often than range.
Get good at CS:GO with crappy FPS?
I was gold nova when i played on my laptop ~20fps max. When i fixed my other computer (~90-120fps) i got no problem getting to dmg/le rank. So ye, fps makes a big difference. At least it does for me.
