Work experience:
I first started as a manager with nothing of experience.
At the moment I'm having an experience of 4 to 5 years(year2006), in the managing/organisation scene. Asking company's to sponsor a team isn't easy,
like many people think.You need to make a presentation of your clan, be active,
going to events and have some awards to be proud of.
The problem of sponsoring is, that the company's isn't believing
the clans in the ways it goes. Whats perfect normally,
clans stops within 1year without really good awards or events on there names...
My aiming is to get those company's something to think about,
i want to change the Online gaming in a real job that could be for everyone and everybody.
Clans should be able to play not only at there own country butt go and
take a look at the other events like: CPL, ESWC, WCG, ...
That will give them strength to get them to the top, to play better.
