I've got the same PC like you, only motherboard is different(Gigabyte B-150M) and I get same fps like u and deathmatch is unplayable. On the other hand I know a guy with a GTX 650, with some i7 OC'ed ...

Intel > AMD in CS:GO but for me price is doing a factor here. Using 144hz monitor won't need more than 200 FPS anyway and I could benefit from Ryzen cause maybe i'll start some streaming etc

I had multiple versions of win10, there was no point going to lower version since everything is working fine except cs

It's not temps issue. GPU doesn't get more than 65 degrees and cpu is around 50 in stress

Don't need a better one since I plan on playing only CS atm. I'll upgrade it in a half-year or smth like that mate. People with shittier GPU's are playing with better framerates so I don't think that'...

Also about AAA I didn't touch them for a few months but I played ROTR and other titles that were popular back then without any problem mostly mid/high settings.
