Wouldn't be a stable 101 fps if it has mini stutters, how can i see if i get these stutters?

The computer I use can't reach 200/300 fps, but if it could i would try it maybe you are correct and it is smoother... i'm happy at the moment with a stable 101 fps :)

Also it would depend on VALVe to cooperate with the CS competitive scene, because they would need to put some effort into making an actual signature on the weapon used during a professional match?
